Fespa Global Print Expo 2026 will provide the stage for Polyprint to unveil a new powder-free DTF printing solution based on liquid adhesive technology using DuPont Artistri JA1100 Jettable Adhesive.
The European digital textile printing systems manufacturer said the new platform replaces traditional powder application with a digitally printed adhesive, with the aim of creating a cleaner and more controlled workflow for DTF transfer production.

According to Polyprint, the system is designed to improve working conditions, simplify production, and produce softer transfers with consistent wash performance.
“Digital DTF printing has grown rapidly, but the process still comes with challenges in powder handling, working conditions, consistency, and operator comfort,” said George Benglopoulos, president and managing director of Polyprint. “With our new Powder-Free DTF solution, integrating liquid adhesive technology using DuPont Artistri JA1100 Jettable Adhesive, we are redefining the DTF workflow – eliminating powder while delivering a cleaner, more controlled and scalable approach to textile printing.”
Polyprint will also showcase its Filmjet Mini DTF printer series at the Barcelona exhibition. Introduced in late 2025, the compact all-in-one system is available in 33cm and 60cm widths and combines the printer, powder shaker, curing oven, embedded mini PC with integrated RIP software, and filtration unit into a single platform.
The company said the Filmjet Mini range is aimed at both entry-level users and growing businesses looking for a compact production system.
“Providing reliable and accessible entry-level garment printing solutions has always been at the core of Polyprint’s approach,” Mr Benglopoulos continued. “With the Filmjet Mini series, we continue that legacy by offering a true all-in-one DTF system that simplifies the process while maintaining consistent, high-quality results.”
Also on show at the event will be the new Texjet Mini DTG printer, an affordable eight-colour system featuring CMYKRGBO plus white inks. The printer offers a 35 x 45cm print area and has been designed to deliver an expanded colour gamut alongside a standalone workflow.
Polyprint will exhibit in Hall 3 on stand 3-B80.
