UFabrik Soft Display Textile has been used to promote the Super Mario Bros movie shown at the Vue Cinema in Westfield, Shepherd’s Bush, London, with three walls and a section of the ceiling dressed with vibrant graphics printed by Hollywood Monster.

Hollywood Monster printed the wall, ceiling and floor graphics on its EFI Vutek printers and fitted them over two nights. The wall and ceiling panels were printed on UFabrik Soft Display Textile, a soft crease-free display textile with a high knit density with over 80% opacity. Designed for tension frame systems, banners and items such as tablecloths, it is compatible with dye-sublimation direct or transfer processes. It is fire rated EN13501-1, B1 & NFPA 701 certified.

The floor graphics were output onto Utack Multi Surface Textile, a removable adhesive-coated textile designed for indoor/outdoor wall and floor graphics, with a lifespan of up to three months.  It is suitable for use on carpet, wood, tiles and concrete surfaces, with anti-slip R12 rating, with B1 and M1 fire certifications.

Simon McKenzie, CEO, Hollywood Monster, said. ‘The UFabrik range of textiles covers about 95% of all wide and super-wide applications. It’s high performing with excellent colour reproduction and comes at an excellent price point. Products within the range include materials made from recycled PET plastic waste that have caught the attention of some of the world’s biggest brands that we service.

‘Our client was delighted with the immersive graphics that we printed and installed at Vue Cinema at Westfield.  These packed a powerful visual punch, elevating the ambient experience and enjoyment of the cinema-going public.’
