Polyprint, the Greek manufacturer of direct-to-garment (DtG) printers, has outlined its plans for the upcoming Fespa exhibition in Berlin. The Thessaloniki-based company will showcase the next generation of its DtG technology, brand new Text DtG inks and the upgraded PreTreater Pro automatic pre-treatment machine.

CEO George Benglopoulos explained, ‘Dedicated to giving our clients the competitive advantage, we produce premium-quality DTG products from the ground up. Fueled by our customers’ feedback, we have taken the next step in the apparel printing process and created high-speed DtG printers to cater to the needs of on-demand garment decorators who want to turn up the volume and boost their productivity.’

Polyprint says that its Next Generation DTG printers, which have been designed, developed, and manufactured in-house, are intended for non-stop production. Equipped with a bulk ink printing system, a white ink recirculation system, and an auto CMYK/White agitation system, they offer ‘seamless production, cost-efficiently, with superior print quality up to 4800dpi.’ Fourteen different Snap-On platens deliver a wide application range with DtG and direct-to-film printing capabilities.

Furthermore the company adds that its latest DtG inks have been specifically created for all TexJet DTG printers. The water-based textile pigment inks inks come with ‘an enriched color gamut for lavish designs, and quick fixation times for faster production.’ Polyprint adds that the inks are environmentally friendly and offer enhanced stretchability and superb washability for long-lasting prints.

Finally, visitors to Polyprint’s stand at Messe Berlin will have the chance to discover the upgraded PreTreater Pro. The firm says that ‘key improvements’ mean it now offers an ;even better garment pretreating experience,’ and that the automatic pretreatment machine offers ‘stress-free, uniform garment pretreating, to exceed customer expectations, with perfect DtG prints.’
