Epson has announced the SureColor SC-F20000, a new 76-inch industrial dye-sublimation printer for high-volume textile, sportswear and soft signage production.

The new model will be shown on Epson’s stand at Fespa Global Print Expo 2026 in Barcelona, Hall 3, Stand C75, where visitors will be able to see the printer in a production-focused workflow and view application samples.

The SC-F20000 is Epson’s first dye-sublimation printer to feature eight PrecisionCore MicroTFP printheads. It has been developed to deliver stable output in high-volume production environments, with print speeds of up to approximately 306sqm/hr in its fastest mode and a minimum resolution of 600 x 600dpi.

The printer uses 10L Ultrachrome DS ink and includes Hot Swap automatic ink switching to support long continuous print runs and reduce operator intervention. Epson has also added dust-reduction features, including an intake fan and media cleaner, to minimise dust accumulation and reduce the risk of nozzle clogging.

For businesses running extended jobs or heavier media, an optional Jumbo Roll Solution will also be available to provide higher-capacity roll handling. The printer also includes double-side heating and drying, designed to minimise ink set-off and reduce wrinkling after printing.

Epson image quality technologies, including Precision Dot, multi-layer halftone, LUT and Microweave, are included to support consistent output across the printer’s multi-printhead architecture. The SC-F20000 is supplied with Epson Edge Print Pro software.

“Fespa is the ideal setting to show how Epson’s latest textile innovations translate into reliable, real-world production,” said Chris Davies, Commercial & Industrial printing division, Epson Europe. “With the SureColor SC-F20000, we’re giving high-volume producers a new pathway to combine speed, consistency and robust handling, supporting everything from high-quality sportswear, fashion, homewares to scalable textile production. We look forward to welcoming visitors to Hall 3, Stand C75 in Barcelona.”

Visitors to Fespa will be able to see live demonstrations of the SC-F20000 and discuss production requirements with Epson specialists.
