Vastex International has appointed Paul Zingone as director of technical marketing, expanding his responsibilities within the textile printing equipment manufacturer.

In his new role, Mr Zingone will oversee the marketing of Vastex products to customers in 50 countries through the company’s global dealer network. His duties will include managing advertising and public relations initiatives, as well as serving as a technical adviser to the sales team. He will also continue as Master Educator of Vastex University, where he provides training and educational resources for textile printing professionals and newcomers to the industry.

Commenting on his appointment, Mr Zingone said, “I look forward to building on Vastex’s remarkable history of innovative solutions in DTG, DTF and screen printing. I’m honoured to be a part of the Vastex team that supports our outstanding dealers who represent Vastex among imprinted sportswear shops both large and small.”

Mr Zingone has worked at Vastex for 14 years in sales and marketing roles, collaborating with a range of customers from startup operations to large commercial printing businesses. During that time, he has contributed to industry publications, produced instructional printing videos, and participated in trade shows in domestic and international markets.

He began screen printing while attending college and later developed the hobby into a business offering services including manual and automated screen printing, embroidery, laser etching, sublimation, and vinyl cutting. He also operates a clothing and lifestyle brand.

According to the company, Mr Zingone has maintained industry relationships over more than two decades and remains involved with developments in both mechanical and digital garment decoration technologies.

Vastex manufactures a range of textile printing equipment, including 32 models of conveyor dryers for DTG, DTF and screen printing applications, DTF powder applicators, and screen printing systems.
