Kornit Digital has announced that Texas-based garment producer Printdash has selected its direct-to-garment (DTG) printing systems to support the company’s growing print-on-demand operations. The company will integrate the Kornit Apollo and two Atlas Max Plus systems into its production workflow to meet rising demand for fast, customised apparel.
Printdash, which partners with platforms such as Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and Walmart, specialises in producing made-to-order garments for online retailers. The company aims to process and ship most customer orders within 24 hours, with a broader target of delivering 99 percent of orders within a week.
By adopting Kornit’s automated DTG systems, Printdash is seeking to scale up its production capacity while maintaining consistency in print quality. The Apollo platform is designed for high-throughput operations and fast turnaround, while the Atlas Max Plus systems are intended to support flexible, short-run production without compromising detail or durability.
Kevin Nguyen, CEO of Printdash, commented: “Printdash has increasingly built its reputation in the print on-demand world and is now turning to Kornit to achieve even bigger things in DTG. We not only welcome this opportunity but cannot wait to showcase all the new possibilities they can achieve with Kornit by its side.”
Kornit Digital’s Ilan Elad said that growing expectations in the e-commerce and apparel sectors are pushing companies to adopt more agile and efficient production technologies. According to Mr Elad, Printdash’s adoption of Kornit systems reflects broader industry trends toward faster, more responsive manufacturing models.
