EFI Reggiani has entered into a multi-year licensing and manufacturing agreement with Danitech Group covering the Mezzera and Jaeggli textile finishing machinery portfolio.
The agreement, announced by EFI through its subsidiary Reggiani Macchine, involves Danitech Engineering and Solutions in Italy and Suzhou Danitech Intelligent Technology in China. It gives the Danitech Group global rights to manufacture, market, sell, install and service the full Mezzera product range.
The portfolio includes washing and bleaching lines, singeing machines, jiggers and Jaeggli yarn mercerising lines. Existing Mezzera installations will continue to be supported by EFI Reggiani, which will provide after-sales service and spare parts. Danitech will be responsible for lifecycle support for all new “Mezzera by Danitech” machines, backed by a long-term original spare parts supply chain.
EFI said the partnership is designed to maintain the Mezzera brand’s established quality standards while increasing competitiveness and expanding market reach, particularly in Asia. The companies added that the arrangement will combine Mezzera’s engineering heritage with Danitech’s manufacturing capabilities under the new “Mezzera by Danitech” brand.

Danitech said the agreement forms part of its long-term strategy to strengthen its position in textile finishing machinery and expand its global presence.

The companies said the partnership will combine Mezzera’s technical expertise with Danitech’s engineering and manufacturing capabilities to deliver textile finishing solutions aimed at improving textile quality while reducing environmental impact through sustainable technologies.
