ROQ Group has announced a leadership transition, with Fernando Pinto stepping down from his role as chief executive officer after several years leading the organisation.

Romeu Ribeiro has been appointed as the new chief executive officer. Mr Ribeiro has held several leadership roles within the company and most recently served as engineering director for digital equipment, where he led projects focused on technology development and innovation.

ROQ said Mr Ribeiro has played a role in the development of new solutions, the strengthening of engineering capabilities, and the advancement of the company’s innovation initiatives.

In his new position, Mr Ribeiro will be responsible for continuing the company’s growth strategy, with a focus on innovation, customer and partner relationships, and the expansion of the group’s international presence.
