UFabrik has appointed Comimpex Print as its new distributor for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The agreement extends access to its wide and super-wide digital textile portfolio across the region.

Based in Brno, Comimpex Print supplies professional printing technologies, materials, and services to companies working in advertising, sign making, exhibition design, interior printing, and industrial production. The company’s technology portfolio includes brands such as EFI, Mutoh, Summa, Brother, STS, and Hexis, alongside inks and consumables. Its materials range covers banners, films, paper, wallpapers, textiles, wrapping films, Bodyfence protective PPF films, and Hexis Pure Zone antibacterial films.

Under the new agreement, customers in the Czech Republic and Slovakia will gain access to the UFabrik range, with a particular focus on blockout and backlit textiles used in exhibition stands, LED frames, and silicon edge graphics (SEG) systems. Demand for these applications continues to grow across the region, with print service providers increasingly looking for stable, cost-effective materials suited to modern textile display workflows.

Comimpex Print first encountered UFabrik materials more than three years ago at a trade show demonstration of EFI FabriVU 340i plus technology. As a supplier of EFI systems, the company places value on materials that have been tested on premium printer brands, and where compatibility has been confirmed.

The partnership also expands Comimpex Print’s ability to support customers seeking a broader choice of textile materials at more accessible price points, as well as options for both direct and transfer sublimation workflows.
