Kornit Digital has announced plans to introduce its Konnections series to the UK with the debut of the Konnections Forum. The event, scheduled for 8–9 December, will bring together more than 50 leaders from fashion, sportswear, digital production, and global supply-chain sectors to discuss industry challenges and opportunities expected in 2026.
Following the recent Konnections gathering in Miami, the UK forum will include an open house at UK clothing manufacturer Basic Thinking, offering attendees a direct look at on-demand print workflows and integrated production methods. The event will also feature sessions focused on the future of textile and apparel production, AI-driven orchestration, and emerging models for on-demand fashion.
“The fashion and apparel industry is at a crossroads, being transformed by unprecedented market pressures such as new tariffs, sustainability requirements and the call for nearshoring,” Guy Yaniv, president at Kornit KDEU. “This means the time is now for businesses to act and invest in new possibilities.”
Mr Yaniv added that the Konnections platform aims to support collaboration and knowledge-sharing as companies adapt to changing conditions
The company says the forum will address ongoing pressures to reduce overproduction, shorten lead times, and limit waste. Demonstrations and discussions will outline how Kornit technology, together with postponement models and AI-enabled supply-chain orchestration, can support localised, on-demand production; reduce waste; improve decision-making; and strengthen supply-chain resilience.
Speakers scheduled to participate include Brad Ballentine, CEO of MAS ACME, discussing global manufacturing agility and postponement strategies; Simon Platts, co-founder of SP & KO, covering sustainable and ethical supply-chain transformation; and Ashley Nicole Stickler, Brand Architect, addressing innovation, digital ecosystems, and next-generation fashion operations.
