Dallas-based apparel printer Promos Ink has transitioned a significant portion of its production from traditional analogue screen printing systems to Kornit’s digital printing platforms.
Promos Ink, which services more than 1000 partners and distributors with custom apparel and fulfilment services, previously relied on around 60 analogue systems to meet customer demand. In response to shifting market conditions and increasing expectations for faster turnaround and flexible order sizes, the company has begun adopting Kornit’s digital solutions.
The shift began with the installation of three Atlas Max Plus systems, used to support short-run, quick-turnaround orders. More recently, Promos Ink added the Kornit Apollo platform to scale up its digital production and reduce its reliance on analogue processes.
