Fiery has entered into an agreement with EFI Reggiani to acquire Spanish software developer Inèdit Software, a specialist in digital textile printing technologies. The move will extend Fiery’s reach into the textile and specialty printing markets, strengthening its portfolio of workflow and colour management solutions.
Inèdit’s well-known software products, including neoStampa, neoTextil, neoCatalog and neoMatch, are widely used across applications such as fashion, home décor, soft signage and direct-to-film (DTF) printing. Together with Fiery’s own Digital Factory range, these tools will form a comprehensive suite of solutions for print providers seeking to streamline production and enhance colour accuracy.
Toby Weiss, CEO of Fiery, said: “From day one, Fiery’s vision has been to empower print providers to deliver exactly what their customers imagine. Inèdit’s software has always impressed us, particularly in textile print segments like direct-to-fabric and dye sublimation. With this acquisition, Fiery can now expand its industry-leading print software solutions portfolio into a wider range of applications – making Fiery a true one-stop-shop for all digital production print providers.”
Fiery intends to retain Inèdit’s existing brand identity and product independence while integrating its technologies with Fiery’s expertise in colour, imaging, job management and RIP performance. The acquisition is expected to close following regulatory review later in 2025.
