Antalis has acquired Dutch-based Texo Trade Services (TTS), a European manufacturer and distributor of printable textiles and transfer media. The acquisition is part of its ongoing strategy to expand its footprint in the visual communication sector.
The move reinforces Antalis’ position as a leading European supplier of materials for signage, décor, and textile printing, following other recent integrations including Integart in Poland, Club Groupe, and Poitoo Adhésifs in France, and Fortuna in the Adriatics.
Headquartered in Moordrecht in the Netherlands, TTS employs 75 people and recorded €34 million (£28.9 million) in revenue in 2024. The company distributes to more than 70 countries and has built a strong reputation for product quality and reliability. Its range includes printable textiles, sublimation and protection papers, and transfer media for garment decoration under its “Texo” brand, alongside products from other leading European manufacturers.
Antalis said the acquisition will enable it to broaden its textile offering, strengthen logistics, and technical capabilities, and accelerate progress towards its sustainability objectives by incorporating TTS’s eco-designed product portfolio.
“We are very pleased to welcome the Texo Trade Services teams to the Antalis Group,” said Hervé Poncin, CEO of Antalis. “Their recognised expertise in printable textiles and their strong commitment to sustainability are a perfect complement to our visual communication offering.”
Floris Jan van den Heuvel, CEO and owner of TTS, added: “Joining Antalis marks an important milestone in TTS’s development. With the strength of Antalis’ network and synergies, we will be able to accelerate our international growth and continue to innovate, offering our customers increasingly sustainable and high-performance solutions.”
