Nova Chrome UK has been appointed as an official UK reseller of Epson’s SC-F line of desktop dye sublimation printers. The partnership expands Nova Chrome’s hardware offering and gives its customers direct access to Epson’s compact dye sublimation models, including the SureColor SC-F500.
The SC-F500 is a 24-inch (610mm) sublimation printer designed for producing a range of personalised items, such as mugs, t-shirts, and other photo gifts. With the ability to print up to A1 size, the printer is positioned to support small businesses and creative professionals looking to expand their product range beyond standard desktop formats.
Ryan Connolly, business development manager at Nova Chrome UK, said the addition of the Epson SC-F series adds value for customers looking for a balance of print quality, affordability, and ease of use. “The SureColor SC-F500 is particularly well-suited to both new users and experienced sublimation professionals,” he said.
The agreement is part of Epson UK’s value-added partner programme. Phil McMullin, head of sales for Epson’s commercial and industrial division in the UK, noted Nova Chrome’s established presence in the dye sublimation market. “Nova Chrome UK is a long-standing business with a strong reputation for customer support,” he commented. “We’re pleased to be working with them to support wider adoption of the SC-F printer range.”
The partnership combines Epson’s hardware and engineering with Nova Chrome’s technical support and after-sales services. Nova Chrome will also offer bundled packages and a range of compatible sublimation supplies to support customers adopting the Epson SC-F line.
