Fiery’s Digital Factory software will now be bundled with Epson’s new SureColor G6070 printer in North America. The move combines Fiery’s workflow management software with Epson’s first wide-format, high-volume direct-to-film (DTF) printer, aiming to improve production efficiency and output quality for garment printing businesses.
Digital Factory is designed to support high-volume DTF printing, offering colour management and job preparation tools to streamline workflows. The custom version included with the SureColor G6070 provides features such as high-fidelity colour rendering, white ink management, and pre-production editing tools, which help reduce the need for third-party software.
The partnership seeks to enhance productivity through built-in automation tools. These include automated job importing, scheduling, barcode support, and integration with e-commerce platforms. Features like gang sheet arrangement, contour cutting, and multi-queue job handling are intended to support continuous production and optimise throughput.
“Print quality and efficiency are more important than ever in today’s competitive DTF market,” said Mike Chramtchenko, chief of staff for sales and marketing at Fiery. “Our collaboration with Epson ensures that customers can get the most out of their equipment investment with software that’s built for high-quality, high-speed output.”
Timothy Check, senior product manager at Epson America, emphasised the reliability and ease of use of the SureColor G6070. “By bundling it with Digital Factory, we’re offering a complete solution that helps users work faster and deliver consistent, high-quality results,” he said.
Fiery’s Digital Factory software supports thousands of printer models, but this version is tailored specifically for the SureColor G6070 to unlock the printer’s top throughput speeds and colour performance, explained Fiery. It includes professionally developed colour profiles and image adjustment tools aimed at maintaining brand colour accuracy across production runs.
The bundled software and printer package is now available in North America. Additional details and specifications can be found on Fiery’s specialty production web page.
