Kornit Digital has partnered with MAS Holdings, a global apparel manufacturer, through its North American subsidiary MAS ACME USA. The agreement aims to promote on-demand, data-driven textile production in the US, with a focus on efficiency and sustainability.

MAS Holdings, which works with global brands including Nike, Victoria’s Secret, and Gap, is known for its supply chain capabilities and data-driven manufacturing strategies. Kornit specialises in digital textile printing technologies designed to support small-batch and on-demand production.

The new collaboration will enable MAS ACME USA to integrate Kornit’s digital production systems into its operations. This integration is expected to allow apparel brands to reduce overproduction, lower inventory levels, and respond more quickly to market demand. Production will be localised in the US, reducing lead times and enabling more agile inventory management.

“This agreement is about building a more responsive and efficient production model,” said Ronen Samuel, CEO of Kornit Digital. Brad Ballentine, CEO of MAS ACME USA, noted that Kornit’s technology was a natural fit for the company’s goal of enabling delayed, demand-driven manufacturing.

The partnership is expected to benefit brands by offering local supply chain flexibility, reducing inventory costs, and supporting more sustainable business practices through reduced waste and improved accuracy in forecasting demand.
