Epson will be showcasing its latest developments in signage, photo, and textile printing at Fespa. Visitors to the company’s stand can expect a strong emphasis on personalisation and environmentally responsible printing technologies.
Chris Davies from Epson Europe’s commercial and industrial printing division said: “We aim to inspire businesses to make the most of our printing technologies to create distinctive and beautiful personalised items while being more environmentally responsible. We’ll be showing how our printing technologies can work on a wide range of different surfaces and materials.”
Among the new launches are the SC-S8100, a 64-inch eco solvent signage printer, and the SureColor P7300 and P9300 photo printers. The SC-S8100, boasts a six-colour ink set and Epson’s PrecisionCore MicroTFP printhead, and is designed to deliver improved productivity and reliability over previous models, says the company.
In the company’s textile offering, Epson is debuting the SC-G6000, its first Direct-to-Film (DTF) printer, and the SC-F9500H dye-sublimation printer, which replaces earlier models with a more compact design and up to 30% productivity gains in four colour mode.
For professional photo markets, the new SureColor P7300 (24-inch) and P9300 (44-inch) printers join the SC-P5300, all of which are ideal for fine art and proofing applications. Other large format options include the SC-P20500 and the dye-sublimation F10000H.
Epson will also highlight its hybrid DTG/DTF SureColor F1000 and its compact UV flatbeds, the SureColor V1000 and V2000, aimed at the growing demand for personalised and micro-production printing.
Sustainability takes centre stage in a dedicated area featuring Epson’s Monna Lisa direct-to-fabric printers and pigment inks. Epson will demonstrate how these technologies support more sustainable fashion production, with water consumption reductions of up to 97% compared to traditional methods.
